We had a bit of a teaser problem with our boiler. The team came when they stated and it was handy to receive a phone call when they were on their way. It was a tricky problem so took a little while to diagnose, but when that was done they explained the situation and promised a phone call back with price for the spare parts. That duly happened and the next day they were back to fit the parts and hey presto, we are back in business. Very helpful guys and reasonably priced, well recommended.
